• Payment Data: Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service Operation: Account management, character storage, and chat synchronization.
• AI Processing: Your prompts are sent to OpenAI to generate responses in real time.
• Analytics: Firebase and AppsFlyer help us understand usage and performance.
• No Model Training: Private chat logs are not used to train AI models.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared only with:

• Service Providers: OpenAI, Google Firebase, and AppsFlyer.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.
• Business Transfers: In case of merger, acquisition, or sale of N&N.

• Account Deletion: Delete your account and data from app settings.

FableTalkAI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
